1 Raja-raja 2:4

2:4 and the Lord will fulfill his promise to me, ¹  ‘If your descendants watch their step ²  and live faithfully in my presence ³  with all their heart and being, ⁴  then,’ he promised, ⁵  ‘you will not fail to have a successor on the throne of Israel.’ ⁶

6:12 “As for this temple you are building, if you follow ⁷  my rules, observe ⁸  my regulations, and obey all my commandments, ⁹  I will fulfill through you the promise I made to your father David. ¹⁰

8:25 Now, O Lord, God of Israel, keep the promise you made to your servant, my father David, when you said, ‘You will never fail to have a successor ruling before me on the throne of Israel, ¹¹  provided that your descendants watch their step and serve me as you have done.’ ¹²

9:5 Then I will allow your dynasty to rule over Israel permanently, ¹³  just as I promised your father David, ‘You will not fail to have a successor on the throne of Israel.’ ¹⁴ 

1 Raja-raja 11:13

11:13 But I will not tear away the entire kingdom; I will leave ¹⁵  your son one tribe for my servant David’s sake and for the sake of my chosen city Jerusalem.”

1 Raja-raja 11:32

11:32 He will retain one tribe, for my servant David’s sake and for the sake of Jerusalem, the city I have chosen out of all the tribes of Israel.
